Pierce is past his prime, but he's still one of the best in the game at his position. And even the game for that matter. But the leadership role that Paul once held has been taken, or given to Rajon Rondo. Paul seems content about that, and he seems ready to lend Rondo a hand during Rondo's tenure as team leader.
This question was raised last season by many of us hear on the site. And now is a good time to bring it up once again. Should Rondo be team captain? Should he be co-captain with Paul. Either way, I believe that Rondo should share duties with Pierce as team captain. The team is now for Doc to make that change. What do you guys think?

I see this differently. You can see from what Paul says, and from his demeanor, that he continues to feel a lot of tension over Rondo's role. How those two guys work this out will do a lot to determine our season.
I'd like to see three co-captains.

The tension between the two of them is exactly what could ruin our season.
As you said, I hope there will be three capitain who work together for the team.
I have no doubt about KG and Rondo.
Pierce needs to show the love for the Celtics working for the team
