ESPN has setup a HoopIdea Guide to Flops.
4. Head whip
Often occurs in ball screens but can also happen off the ball. Player A is coming around a screen and gets contact (legal or otherwise) in the hip or legs but throws his head back as though from a blow at the shoulders or higher.
Paul Pierce
Jason Terry
Derrick Rose
If you checkout this entire guide, it's obvious that ESPN feels that Paul Pierce is the biggest flopper in the NBA. He hits four categories, but I guess they put Chris Paul in five categories so maybe not all is lost, and Wade in just three. Lebron was in one category.
10. Last resort
When a player flops because it’s the only alternative to turning the ball over. Often occurs near the sideline and against traps.
James is a big flopper, but as you see on ESPN's homepage. They have a photo of Pierce falling down due to a James push off. Pierce is guilty of flopping, but James is a flopper, and he needs called out on that.

There's one thing that scares me with all this no-flopping rules:
Last year, other teams hacked Rondo in the paint and the refs didn't make a call.
This year they have to: either it's a foul, or Rondo is flopping.
Which one of the two will they choose??
