I was done eating dinner, and I grabbed a Blueberry Oatmeal stout to enjoy the new movie Dark Knight Rises. Before I started to watch the movie. I watched the final 7 minutes of the Lakers game last night. The Lakers were up 11 points, and as soon as I tuned in. The Lakers gave up the lead. They began to turn the ball over, and then the Rockets started to foul Howard every trip, and he missed 8-of-16 for the game.
During that process Dwight was joking with Artest during a timeout. The Lakers were in crunch time, and he had enough time to crack jokes. I don't get it. The Lakers, and Celtics are struggling, but the Lakers are on another planet right now. Largely because of the hype. Gasol has become the goat, and I think that's wrong. I think he needs a change. I think Howard, and Gasol don't mesh well with each other.
"I love Pau like a brother," Bryant told ESPNLosAngeles.com on Tuesday. "I really do. I want him to dominate like I know he can."
I want him to dig in and be determined, not discouraged," Bryant continued. "We should go to him more on the post because he can dominate from there as he has to the tune of two rings. I'm sure we will adjust and figure out a balance when he comes back healthy."
How can we get Gasol without giving up that much? If they don't want him I'll deal Bass, and Lee for Gasol. I've never been a fan of Gasol, and honestly I don't like the thought of him in green, but he's got the skill set that the Celtics need. Kobe is crazy. One day he rips him, and the next he calls him a brother. Kobe went off for 39 points, and the Lakers are a confused bunch. The defense is hard to watch, and the coach in LA won't fix that.
