The Celtics will seem like their on a rock-n-roll tour in the next six days. With five games in five cities over six days! This team will endure it's one, and only back-to-back-to-back of this era, and in this lockout shortend season. The Celtics will play three lottery teams durning that span of three games in a row. All on the road, but does that really matter when you play the worst teams? It still can I guess. The Celtics are 2-9 on the road in back-to-backs. So what are the chances here that the Celtics run the table? Odds are slim even though the Celtics are playing three of the worst teams in the League. But it wouldn't surprise me either if the Celtics sweep the three game marathon.
I believe Doc should rest his guys in the second game of the back-to-back-to back. You play the Nets, and outside of Deron who should the Celtics fear on that team. Maybe play Rondo in that game, and see what he can do with the two rookies, and with the bench. Let Pierce, and KG rest, and Allen should still be out tomorrow. Maybe even Bass should see some rest with his season full of injury issues. I think it's a bad idea playing the older guys,or regulars three games in a row. Maybe rest Rondo in the last game against the Bobcats, and let Pierce, and KG play after they sit out the Nets game ? Doc should give a balance attack, and rest at the same time. I hope we see something happen to provide the Celtics a chance to win, and a chance to rest the guys.
