Artest-The Lakers were tired

Posted by shawn cassidy on August 28, 2011 at 12:40 PM

“We were motivated last year, I just think we lost. I think we lost fair and square, no excuses. The only thing I can say is the Lakers were probably a little tired. We thought we would win but Dallas just came and they brung it, they just brung it.’’

I didn't see motivation from the Lakers last year. They had one stretch after the all-star break when they won 17 out of 18 games. Other than that the Lakers really coasted through the season, and they though they could coast against the Mavs. The Mavs brung it Artest, and they picked apart everthing your Laker team did. Artest your part of the problem now in Laker land. Your game keeps losing a step, and your still sometimes out of it. Once the Lakers can trade you. You'll be gone fast!
