Locked outside of your car because you left the keys in. That's how I felt about the 2010 season. Until the Celtics put together a solid series against Miami in the first round. In game one of that series we saw the ...

In the 2007 season the Celtics would have a rough season, and that word doesn't cover the season that the Celtics actually had. A 18 game losing streak, and tons of injuries. Pierce was dealing with injuries for the first time in his career. As for Lebron James he was leading the Cavs to one of the best seasons in franchise history.

The thought makes me sick, but I often think of the 2007 season, and how badly the Celtics played with a young group of guys surrounded by Paul Pierce. As the 2007 season dragged on,and on the Celtics endured a 18 game losing streak. Paul was banged up,and the Celtics couldn't stay healthy as a team. When the season hit late January the Celtics set their eyes...

As the 2007–08 season approached, Boston decided to keep Paul and add two hungry veteran superstars, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen. Role players James Posey, and Eddie House also joined the club. Rivers and Ainge were certain the newcomers would be willing to assume secondary roles to Paul—they hoped was that their desire for a championship would transform Paul ...

Pierce was a proven small forward in the NBA. He helped lead the Celtics back to the playoffs. The Celtics had some success, and Paul became one of the best wings in the league. Paul was a regular all-star,and an All-NBA second, and third team player. Paul was a cocky, and young guy himself, and he wasn't allowi...

This was a great moment in NBA history, and Celtics history. This was a fun playoff series from 2003 against the Pacers, and believe it or not I thought the Celtics would beat the Nets in round two in 2003. The first round series in 2003 against the Pacers turned out to have some good moments. The top play from this series would be Paul with the ball,and...

Paul worked out for five pro teams. He didn’t blow anyone away, but he was a known quantity at this point. Where would he go? The 1998 NBA draft was a tough one to predict. It included intriguing big men like Michael Olowokandi, Dirk Nowitzki, Jonathan Bender and Paul's teammate LaFrentz. Athletic scorers like Vince Carter, Larry Hughes and Antawn Jamison were also ava...

The story before the game three "comeback"
The Celtics found a rhythm, and a groove in the 2001-02 season. The duo of Paul Pierce, and Antoine Walker finally put together a winning season. The Celtics ended up the third se...
