Celtics Morning Joe: Should the Celtics retire Antoine Walkers number?
With some discussion about KG and Ray getting their numbers retired. How do you feel about Antoine Walker getting his number retired with the Celtics? Walker ranks in the top ten in rebounding,and he's ranked number two all-time in three-point field goals made. Walker is third all-time in average minutes per game with the Celtics. He's 8th all time in Celtics lore in rebounds per game. He's in a few other categories as well. Walker was a three-time all-star with the Celtics,and he was apart of some playoff success here in Boston,but nowhere near the Celtics of today of course. I believe the Celtics should retire Ray and KG's numbers. Walker should be in the discussion,and I think it's unlikely in the future. Let me know your thoughts.
