The 6th man has been something that has held up through Celtics lore. Each championship era has one guy that gives a punch,and a dynamic that can change a game. In the 80's Kevin Mchale won the award back-to-back,and Bill Walton won it 1986. Posey was crucial in 2008,and he was the right player for the Celtics.Here is a story from SI.

This is my third favorite championship. I love the underdog story,and the determination of this Celtics team. They used the Lakers early celebration plans as motivation,and the Celtics would not let the Lakers win this series.
